What is organiKids?
oragniKids is a subscription service that delivers delicious lunch snacks to your door every month.
Why did we create oragniKids?
As concerned parents ,and of course busy parents, we were searching for a cost effective, convenient and healthy solution to combat the ever increasing problems of poor childhood nutrition, alas our search returned zero results. Enter organiKids! By our own admission, we are not the silver bullet, but we do strive make the world a better place.
Are different sizes available?
Yes! There is a kiddie’s organiBox and we do upon request provide an organiBOX (BOX get it?) for adults. Oh BTW, we do cater for parties, teambuilding events, sports days, or any other day that’s special to you. As always, only the “goodstuff” will make it into the packs, so you will have to provide your own C6H12O6’s -chemical structure for sugar.
How much food is in my organiBox?
Each organiBox has 21 packs. Each pack is made up of 4 items with a combined retail value of R35 per pack and each adult lunch is made up of 3 items with a combined retail value of R45 per lunch. The active day packs contain a higher energy content for those, well, active days .
Which specific brands and products can I expect in my organiBox?
We chose to only partner with manufacturers that adhere to the strictest standards. However to improve our service to you, we implore you to mail us with your suggestions at email@example.com
What about the long school breaks?
We will still deliver your organiBox, but we spice things up a little over these long breaks. Shall we say we have more fun yum during these periods. Oh btw don’t stress, we’ll know when these long breaks apply to your subscription.
What is reward day?
We don’t believe in complete abstinence (from the sugary evil), so we’ve carefully prepared a pack which includes, what we call, fun yum. We won’t spoil the surprise, so find out.
Are there any hidden fees?
No – all you pay is your monthly subscription fee. Your subscription covers all shipping and handling fees associated with getting your monthly organiBox delivered to you.
What types of payment methods do you accept?
We accept recurring billing to your VISA or Master card and Debit Orders. Hot off the press!! We now provide a COD option with our mobile payment acceptance solution- awesome!
When will my card be charged or debit order be effected?
Your initial pruchase will be charged upon checkout. For all subsequent orders, your card (or debit order) will be charged on the 1st working day of every month.
What about my private details?
We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order and for consumer profiling. We will not market your information to anyone.
Can I cancel my subscription?
We very seldom lose a customer. Our philosophy is that we do not force anybody who is not 100% happy with our service to remain bound by a contract. If you are not happy, then please tell us why so that we can fix it. Failing which, we will allow you to cancel your service with us immediately. All we request is that you please notify us by no later than the 23rd of the month via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery within Gauteng is absolutely free. For deliveries outside of Gauteng we charge a nominal fee of R50 per order.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver nationwide to South African residential and commercial addresses. We require a signature on delivery and we’re therefore unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or Private Bags.
What is the delivery schedule?
You receive your organiBox order once a month. Your organiBox will be delivered between the 22nd-30th of the month for as long as your membership is active. However some of our peeps can’t wait for delivery and we do upon request deliver sooner than the 22nd.That's what friends are for.
How do I change my delivery address?

I have a specific dietary need. Can I customize my organiBox?
Yes! Absolutely! Drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be sure to respond with a quote and catalogue. FYI, we offer a vegetarian, a nut free and a diabetic friendly organiBox
Note: All items are individually wrapped and sealed. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to read the labels to avoid any foods they may be allergic to.
